Board games are a great way for you and your loved one to bond together on chilly autumn nights. You can invite the entire family to sit around and enjoy a game together.

Get outside
Fall is great time to get outdoors, the temperatures are cooler. Pick a path and go for a walk, invite a friend to join you. You can admire the fall colors and maybe find some treasures, colorful leaves, pine cones.
Remember to try to get at least 30-40 minutes of activity in your day. Even 1-2 minutes of movement every hour, throughout the day has a BIG IMPACT

Anytime you spend a lot of time in one position, your muscles adapt to that position, which makes it so that your less flexible, it is harder to get full range of motion when you are doing an activity
